Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your art work then please return the work within 14 days of receiving it.
1.The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, I advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination.
2. I will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
3.You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the art work with both art work and all packaging in original condition, securely wrapped, at your risk and cost.
4.After I have received the art work, I will refund the full purchase price of the goods returned in line with this policy.

Returns Process
Please email me at anan@anans-art.com advising you wish to return your purchase.  Please print this email and include it with the art work when returning the work. I advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as I am not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive.
I will refund your purchase when I have received and checked the item in line with this policy.
